Cindy Minor is the owner of Small World BIG FUN travel agency where she’s been making travel dreams a reality for almost 25 years. From first-time Disney trips to milestone adventures, Cindy has seen it all from wide-eyed kids meeting Mickey, couples honeymooning in paradise, and empty nesters rediscovering their love of travel. For Cindy, planning a trip isn’t just about booking flights and hotels; it’s about creating experiences that center in on joy.

Her journey in the travel industry began with planning Disney vacations, which led to founding Small World BIG FUN in 2008. Over time, her passion has evolved to focus on river cruises and international adventures. Whether it’s sipping wine along the Seine or exploring castles on the Rhine, she believes travel is best enjoyed when you get out there before your knees give out!

She’s also mastered the art of packing light, believing a carry-on is all you need for an stress-free trip. No lost luggage, no overpacking. Her approach to life and travel? Expect the curveballs, pack a sense of humor, and always have a backup plan (preferably one that includes champagne).

Beyond travel, Cindy is deeply committed to mentoring and leadership. As the Alumna Advisor for the Tri Delta chapter at the University of Arkansas, she works alongside an incredible group of women, helping develop and empower the next generation of leaders. Tri Delta has been a defining part of her life, providing lifelong friendships, opportunities for growth, and a strong sense of purpose.
