Small World BIG FUN was founded in 2008 with Cindy Minor at the helm and years of travel experience already behind her. Since then, the agency has grown to more than 50 travel advisors, each bringing their own specialties, firsthand travel experience, and knowledge to the vacations we help plan.
We believe the best trips are about more than where you go. They’re about the experiences, stories, and moments you bring home with you, and we love helping our clients put all of those pieces together.

Hi, and welcome to Small World BIG FUN!
When I started Small World BIG FUN in 2008, I had a simple belief: travel has the power to create some of the happiest memories of our lives. I loved helping people plan Disney vacations, but what I loved even more was seeing what those vacations meant to them. A trip wasn’t just a trip. It was a family finally getting to take that vacation they had talked about for years, a celebration they would always remember, or a chance to spend meaningful time together somewhere new.
Over the years, Small World BIG FUN has grown far beyond those first Disney vacations. Today, we have more than 50 travel advisors helping travelers explore destinations all around the world, and I couldn’t be more proud of the team we’ve built.
But the reason we do this has never changed. I still love hearing about the trip someone has been dreaming about, helping turn the pieces into a plan, and then hearing about all the moments that made the vacation special once they’re home.
Travel has been a huge part of my life, and I feel incredibly fortunate that I get to help other people experience the same joy. After more than 25 years in the travel industry, I still get excited about a new destination, a great vacation idea, and especially the stories our clients bring home with them.

with BIG FUN!
Small World BIG FUN started with Cindy’s love of Disney and a passion for helping people experience the magic of a great vacation. When she founded the agency in 2008, Disney vacations were at the heart of the business. As the agency grew, so did the team, the destinations we planned, and the number of travelers who trusted us with their vacations.
What began with Disney eventually expanded into a full-service travel agency serving travelers who wanted to see more of the world. Today, Small World BIG FUN helps clients plan cruises, all-inclusive resorts, international travel, destination weddings, group travel, and so much more.
With more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry, a team of more than 50 travel advisors, and thousands of vacations planned, Small World BIG FUN has grown quite a bit since 2008. But the goal has stayed remarkably simple: make travel easier, make it personal, and make sure there’s plenty of BIG FUN along the way.

We think vacation excitement should start long before the airport. There’s something pretty great about having a trip to look forward to, and we love being part of that feeling. Around here, travel expertise and a genuine love for what we do go hand in hand.

We’re not exactly the type to act casual when a client tells us they just booked their dream vacation. We celebrate the big moments, get excited about the little ones, and bring that same energy to the trips we help create. Because if you’re not having fun talking about the vacation before you leave, we might be doing it wrong.
